It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. This 100% Cabernet Franc comes from Gualtallary (1250m), in the northern Uco Valley, known for its calcareous soils. Walter Bressia ferments and ages this wine in large oak foudres (5,000-litre casks), allowing for gentle ageing and preserving the grape’s full expression.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2309\"\u003eLast but not least, no Argentinian selection would be complete without a 100% Malbec. For this, we chose a wine from Catena Zapata, sourced from their Lunlunta vineyards (950m).
