Greenish with golden tones. Subtle notes of vanilla, dulce de leche, fully integrated with tropical fruits as quince, pineapple, banana and mango. Partial malolactic fermentation allows natural unctuosity and thickness with an elegant and long finish. A gastronomic white for pairing with any white meats, roasted chicken, fish and chips with mushy peas.
