Los Jabalíes are the wild boars who roam this cool vineyard planted at 1,400m in San Pablo, one of the highest sites in Uco Valley. Lovely aromatic intensity; blackberries, ripe blackcurrant, floral notes and graphite. Plush palate, with silky tannins; ripe black fruit interwoven with red berries, earthy notes and hints of pencil shavings with a lingering finish. Perfect with steak. Only 5,520 bottles produced.
