"New World PN. Upper range of the cellar. Well made and beautifully presented. Clear pale garnet colour Light intensity aromas of red fruit (cherry, raspberry, dry cranberry). Notes of old forest leaf, violet and some oak. Dry, medium acidity, light body, medium tannin, high alcohol 14%, long finish. Well developed and at its best now. Still can keep it for another few years. Good pairing for Xmas Turkey combining cranberry aromas with same fruit sauce, complementing acidity with no overpowering tannin"

Pinot Noir: black grape variety with think skin, requires cool to moderate climate to produce higher quality grapes. It's not easy to grow good quality Pinot Noir, as it is a delicate grape with low yields, that's why this wines can be more expensive.
